We hire 2 cleaners or more for most of our properties to ensure it is cleaned wellWe inspect our properties regularly to ensure cleaners are doing as expectedCleaners report consumables and they are ordered and shipped to property timelyMaintenance issues are reported right away and logged.  Maintenance manager schedules maintenance timely and avoids if possibly any interruptions for guests.  This can be tricky and we have worked out the best system for this.

Month end owners reports are provided after close of the month by the 10th
