We offer a commission-based pricing model based on the amount your rental has made each month. The rates vary depending on the size and quality of the property along with the length of the rental season you commit to. Owners can expect to keep 70% to 75% of the gross nightly revenue earned!

2. Marketing: Please detail the strategies you utilize to market properties to guests.

Our approach to property marketing strategically emphasizes cultivating direct bookings, which currently account for 80% of our reservation revenue. Leveraging our robust client database forms a cornerstone of our strategy. We engage with our existing clientele through targeted outreach and personalized communication, nurturing these relationships to foster repeat bookings and referrals.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance: Please outline your property management services, including but not limited to cleaning, inspections and maintenance.

We use multiple cleaning contractors covered by WCB. We train each contractor and their employees in person to our brand standards. We also employ an inspector to go in afterwards and ensure the property is clean, safe and guest-ready. The cleaning costs are paid to you in full by the guest and we invoice you monthly as we pay the contractors. The cleaning expenses are always covered by the guest and you shouldn’t expect any additional expenses beyond the initial clean, occasional deep cleans and any post-construction cleans due to maintenance or repairs.

4. Communication & Reporting: How do you communicate with homeowners and what types of reports do you provide? Who will I be working with on your team? Will I have a dedicated representative or a team approach?

Our communication with homeowners is transparent, timely, and tailored to individual preferences. We offer various channels like email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to ensure effective and regular updates. Additionally, we provide comprehensive monthly reports accessible through our owner portal. These reports offer detailed insights into property performance, including occupancy rates, financial statements, maintenance updates, and guest feedback. Additionally, the calendar preview feature lets homeowners plan effectively and stay informed about upcoming bookings and availability.
