This policy provides gap coverage for items damaged during a guests stay, covering cost between $100 and $5,000.At your discretion, recoupment for damages in excess of $5,000 can be pursued through your insurance policy.Our goal is to provide an amazing guest experience, and one way we do this is by removing the barrier of security deposits and executing swift resolution without pursuing guest reimbursement.Coverage Includes:Sudden, significant damage to home furnishings or amenities caused by guests.Quick resolution with repair, replacement, or payment for the affected items.Exclusions:Normal wear and tear (e.g., slowly stained rugs, weathered outdoor furniture).Items nearing the end of their useful life or in need of replacement.Process:Damage is noticed by our team or reported by guests or owners.We notify you immediately, then evaluate the situation within 2 business days.If covered, we handle the replacement or repair.
