Current Tides is supported of our desires and respond to issues when arrive. They keep us informed and have our best interests in mind with caring and respectful management practices.
Any time I have asked to have a meet up in my condo with the property manager and/or cleaning staff, it has hspoened wuickly.

I have enjoyed having Current Tides as the property management team for my beloved beach condo. They are always there for me! Whether I need a plumber or advice on decor, or an emergency furniture repair, or just filling my calendar, I know I can reach a member of their team. That is essential in a highly valued property in an uncertain market.

Current Tides has been managing our property sent we bought in 2020. They have done so well particularly during COVID and Hurricane Sally. The property books very well, kept very clean and maintained. The company takes safety seriously, which is not always considered. We are very pleased with the Current Tides team.
