I just wanted to let you know how very pleased we are at the proceeds from our rental just this first year with you! It has been great and your staff is wonderful to work with. I truly do love the ability to personally communicate with your staff when we have changes or needs instead of getting someone at corporate that is very far removed from the situation and where I am literally just a number. So very glad we decided to partner with your management company! Thus far top notch!!

Ken, I am wanting to express by feelings on the Condo as far as the rental and doing such an excellent job in upkeep. We have had no worries since you took over and have done everything you said to expect of Beach Getaways. We have had an amazing year as far as rentals and the company runs top notch. Thanks to Ken and his staff they take care of everything and that is a blessing. I can't thank them enough for what they have done for us. Also, our rental income increased by 40% this year.

As a real estate broker and owner of Mike Ricketts Realty Inc. I have known and worked with Kerry Pelletier for more than 15 years. She is the absolute best when it comes to handling and managing rental properties! I have never hesitated to refer my clients to her to arrange for their units to be put on a rental program. The feedback I have received from my clients after dealing with Kerry has always been positive. I would certainly encourage anyone thinking of putting their unit on a rental program to include Kerry in that conversation.

Still new with them, but so far Laura & her team have been great. As owners she really took the time to make it feel personal. Your not just a number with this company. I'd imagine they treat our guests just as good.

Beach Getaways has been my management group since 2018 when I had 2 Condos, and since then, I have sold one. Everyone at Beach Getaways has been so helpful and shot you straight on everything, no BS. I'm from Houston TX and whenever I call to check on things or they call to tell me something needs to be addressed, they help immediately. I have been approached by numerous other management groups, but I don't waste my time cause I feel like family here, not a number.

After having had our property managed by one of the largest management companies on the Gulf Coast since 2004 and then managing it ourselves for the next two years, I had had enough! I got a letter in the mail from Beach Getaways explaining their services. We then signed an agreement in October that year. Our rental income is up a documented 50%, and I didn't have the usual hassles and worries. Truly professional and honest in every way. I stake my reputation on it.

We are extremely happy with the thoroughness of My Beach Getaways property management service. Special thanks to Erin who successfully managed a number of significant repairs (both a/c units, the kitchen stove and hot tub) while also coordinating with our general contractor as our second phase of renovations were completed on the house in April. All of this was accomplished with minimal impact to guests.

Kerry, I just want to let you know that I just received my June statement and that I have never received this much Rental Income from the many companies that I have had over the many years. I have never received money from a canceled reservation until now. What a surprise. Beach Getaways owners are great and fair and I am really happy that I left the national company. What a difference. Beach Getaways wasn’t my first management company but it will be my last! The unit is much cleaner than it ever was before and the interior is well taken care of. The personal care is top notch. Rent money is important but taking care of my investment is more important to me. That being said, I’ve made more money with Beach Getaways so that’s a nice bonus!
